Energo-Pro Georgia will switch off electricity on Friday, 23 October, for planned network work. The cuts affect villages of Dusheti, Mtskheta and Kazbegi municipalities, Gudauri and the villages of Digomi and Gldani at different hours between 06:00 and 20:00.
On 23 October power goes off in nine groups of villages at different hours. The longest cut, from 10:00 to 20:00, covers Saguramo, Tsilkani, Tserovani and other villages of Mtskheta Municipality.
Energo-Pro Georgia will cut electricity on Friday, 23 October, because of planned network rehabilitation work. Interpressnews published the company notice on 22 October. The list covers villages of Dusheti, Mtskheta and Kazbegi municipalities, the resort of Gudauri and the villages of Digomi and Gldani.
Some of these places lost power earlier this week. On 22 October the same company cut electricity in Mukhrani, Odzisi, Choporti and other villages of Mtskheta and Dusheti municipalities.

The notice names streets only for Digomi. For several groups it also mentions nearby villages, so the cut may reach places next to those listed. In Pasanauri and its neighbours the break is short, from 16:55 to 17:00.
What to do
Charge your phone and laptop before the cut starts. If water in your house comes from an electric pump or is heated by an electric boiler, fill a few containers in advance.
Electric heaters and air conditioners will not work while the power is off. If they are your main source of home heating in Georgia, warm up the rooms beforehand.
In Gudauri the power is off from 14:00 to 20:00. If you are staying in Gudauri, one of the ski resorts in Georgia, ask your hotel whether it has a backup generator.
