Café Stamba is a restaurant on the ground floor of the Stamba Hotel at 14 Kostava Street in Tbilisi's Mtatsminda district. Its seasonal menu combines reworked traditional Georgian dishes with international cuisine and uses local produce, much of it from Udabno Regenerative Farm, Adjara Group's farm in Kakheti. The kitchen is open to the dining room, the café is open from 8:00 to midnight, and tables can be booked online.
